Refund policy

At Solora, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that intimates, bodysuits, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is inspected. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
